This is a delicious dish! I used peach preserves. I also used flour tortilla shells and added lettuce to make a chicken wrap. I have two young children and it made it easy for them to handle. My whole family loved it!

Yummy recipe - everyone loves it! I drain the tomatoes so that the sauce isn't "soupy". Sometimes I substitute tomatoes w/ chili's for an extra zip. I serve with yellow (saffron) rice and salad.
